Oxbow Gallery is a new spacious and luminous art gallery located in Bozeman, Montana. Established by veteran art dealer Gary Snyder, Oxbow Gallery offers a seminal space in Bozeman’s emerging and vibrant contemporary art community. 

Gary Snyder is an art consultant and private art dealer in practice for over thirty years. Snyder opened his first New York City gallery in 1991 and established himself as an authority in the field of modern American art. Pursuing a passion for the American West and new frontiers, Snyder moved to Montana in 2018.  In 2019 he discovered Ben Miller painting along the banks of the Gallatin River. With a strong belief that Miller represented a link between the American Wilderness tradition of artists such as Charles M. Russell and the painting breakthroughs of Jackson Pollock, Snyder has been championing the artist for the last five years.
